To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place the order, you must fill in the required data fields. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank.
“Pay in 3 installments” and “Pay later” payment solutions offered by ESTO and Montonio.
Visa/Mastercard card payments through PayPal.
NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the “Return to merchant” button on the bank page.
The online store is the controller of personal data. The online store transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.
Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance OÜ. Payments are made outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to be paid to the Online Store’s current account.
The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.
Use of the ordered training
After receiving access passwords (access is sent to e-mail), the customer or learner has the right to log in to the training environment and use the materials for learning purposes. More detailed study instructions are provided in the learning environment for each specific training. This information is necessary and visible only to learners.
Copying, distribution and use of materials without permission is not permitted.
Right of withdrawal
A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to private individuals if the training participant has not logged into the learning environment and/or used the learning materials.
If the training materials have already been opened by the training participant, then according to Section 53(4) of the Estonian Trade Act, it is not possible to return the product and the right of withdrawal does not apply.
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to private individuals and does not apply to legal entities.
To return the goods, a withdrawal form must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address katrin@katrinlucas.ee no later than 14 days after ordering the training.
The online store will return to the customer’s bank account no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal form. If the payment method used is installment payment or “Pay in 3 installments”, the refund does not include the service fee of the bank offering installment payment, which is 2.4% of the purchase amount. In the case of other payment methods, the entire purchase amount will be refunded.
Right to file a claim
The online store is liable for any non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract or any defect that existed at the time of delivery of the item from the time the item was delivered to the buyer.
If the purchased product has defects for which the online store is liable, the online store will repair or replace the defective product.
The online store will respond to the customer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transfers personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their e-mail address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us of this by e-mail or by following the instructions provided in the e-mail containing the offers.
Dispute resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent by e-mail to katrin@katrinlucas.com or by phone: +372 50 888 40.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
The buyer may contact the European Union’s consumer dispute resolution platform.
